Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Associate/Senior Associate with 2–7 years' PQE to join a leading national law firm. You will work on high-quality, complex matters for UK and international businesses within a respected Commercial Group.

The role covers advising on outsourcing, sophisticated commercial and technology projects, and cross-border transactions, with strong Partner exposure and opportunities for development.

Commercial Associate / Senior Associate – 2–7 PQE

We are currently working with our client, a leading national law firm with a highly regarded Commercial Group, who are looking to recruit a Commercial Associate or Senior Associate with 2–7 years' PQE.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial lawyer looking to work on high-quality, complex matters for some of the UK and internationally recognised businesses.

The Role

You will join an established and nationally recognised Commercial team, advising clients across a broad range of commercial and technology matters, including:

• Complex outsourcing projects
• Business-critical supply and commercial agreements
• Technology implementations and digital transformation projects
• Data-driven projects
• Strategic commercial arrangements
• International and cross-border matters
• Innovative commercial and technology transactions
