Commercial Associate - Swindon

Chadwick Nott are instructed by a well-established regional practice who are looking to recruit a talented Associate to join their Commercial team in their Swindon office. This role offers a unique chance to work with a diverse range of clients across industries such as Manufacturing, FMCG, Defence, and Aerospace.

Responsibilities will include:

  1. Drafting and reviewing IT contracts
  2. Managing franchise agreements and related documents
  3. General commercial contract drafting and reviews
  4. Handling IP licensing matters

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and be able to work both independently and collaboratively. You will have excellent communication skills and be a team player.
