This Legal 500firm has built acommercial client base across the wider South West and UK, with a portfolio rivalling much larger firms.

They’ve held onto their values: no ‘silly hours’, no ego, and no compromise on quality or service. With consistent year-on-year growth and ambitious plans to scale, they’re now looking for a confident Associate to join their Corporate & Business team and help shape the next chapter.

You’ll work directly alongside a highly experienced Partner with deep roots in the local market, advising a range of SMEs, corporates, and founders on everything from acquisitions and restructuring, to trading terms, supply chain contracts, licensing and IP, shareholder agreements.

Varied, high-quality work with plenty of client contact. You'llalso have space to contribute to the development of junior colleagues, help shape internal processes, and influence how the team grows.

Thedepartment brings in a significant portion of the £5m+ turnover and has an established reputation for practical, commercially focused advice. Working alongside other specialist teams including employment, property, and litigation, you'll be able to provide a joined-up service to clients with broader legal needs.

Flexible,hybrid working is offered, and the team is open to shaping roles around the right person.
