We are looking for passionate individuals interested in building their career in Relationship Management and Commercial function at Moody’s. Responsibilities :

  • Support portfolios of new and existing customers across the EMEA region
  • Prepare materials for customer meetings and support meeting follow ups
  • Complete sales process admin; manage and update relationship management systems and tools.
  • Research and market intelligence
  • Provide event/conference support and assist with marketing initiatives and outreach
  • Assist with customer enquiries and engagement related matters
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders e.g. Middle Office, Legal, Compliance, Sales Operations, Pricing/Product, Billing/Collections teams
  • Contribute to projects and ad-hoc initiatives/campaigns
  • Promote ESG offering by combining the success of Moody’s as a credit rating agency with the expertise built in the rapidly growing sustainable finance market

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of Undergraduate / First Level degree (or equivalent)
  • Fluent in English and fluent level French (C1) necessary
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry and similar role is an advantage
  • Strong digital literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge of Salesforce advantageous
  • Self-motived and proactive approach
  • Flexible, resourceful with problem solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and able to handle competing priorities under timelines
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with a geographically diverse team
