This established and dynamic firm is currently seeking to hire a Company Commercial Solicitor to join the firm's City office. You will work alongside extremely experienced Partners and get your teeth into some extremely interesting work. Working with a team that is known for its ability to resolve issues early to avoid unnecessary costs, they also house impressive litigators who provide forceful representation for clients in the courts when required.

Located just a short walk from the wonderful Fleet Street, this impressive practice is on the rise in the fields of real estate and corporate/commercial litigation. This litigation solicitor opportunity will have you based in a dynamic and well-managed department where vast care is taken to manage the well-being of all employees.

The Firm

Originally established a quarter of a century ago by 3 founding partners, this firm now boasts 14 highly-skilled partners overseeing several different sectors. Focusing on long-term relationships with clients, they deal with large institutions on complex transactions, entrepreneurial businesses, and individuals on domestic and international matters.

The firm has a wonderfully modern outlook as they pride themselves on an open, collaborative structure where career development is hugely encouraged. A large focus is placed on Real Estate, Real Estate Finance and Banking, Corporate and Commercial Litigation. The Role

The work is extremely varied and interesting involving non-contentious corporate and commercial work which includes M&A transactions, equity fundraising, joint ventures and shareholders' agreements, corporate financing as well as more general corporate and commercial advice. This work often includes corporate real estate transactions (UK and offshore SPVs).

The candidate will be comfortable with drafting and negotiating non-disclosure agreements, heads of terms, investment agreements, development and LLP agreements, articles of association and the full suite of corporate documents including share option agreements (EMIs and non-tax advantageous schemes).
