has an opportunity available for a Commercial Assistant to join our team based in Swindon. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering a competitive salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum and a range of benefits including:

About the role:

As our Commercial Assistant, you will support our Commercial team with task-based responsibilities and independent workload management, acting as a key point of contact internally and externally.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing information flow between departments and external parties, resolving issues, and escalating when necessary.
  • Supporting project timeline management, including information receipt, quality checks, and distribution auditing.
  • Delivering key tasks and reports independently and supporting external stakeholders.
Ideal candidate:
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
