A leading company in the social housing sector is seeking a Commercial Assistant in Ilford. The role involves supporting the Commercial & General Manager in commercial control and reporting, ensuring the accuracy of pricing, and liaising with subcontractors. About the Role:
Part of a local team assisting Commercial & General Manager with commercial control & reporting on high standard Commercial activities to Housing properties, delivering best in class commercial acumen, customer service and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards.
Role Criteria:
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before commencement of employment.
