A fast-growing renewables company in London is seeking a Commercial Asset Management professional to monitor and analyze the performance of its Solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) portfolio. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of asset operations experience, preferably in solar, and excellent analytical skills. This role offers a hybrid work model and contributes to the company's significant growth in the renewable energy sector.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in asset operations, preferably in solar; BESS exposure is a plus.
• Familiarity with PPAs and commercial energy contracts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor commercial performance of a growing Solar & BESS portfolio.
• Deliver commercial analysis across daily/monthly/quarterly KPIs.
• Support reconciliation of actuals vs. budgets and cost/revenue tracking.
• Coordinate with external parties (DNOs, PPA providers, subsidy admins, optimisers).
• Manage invoicing and revenue flows in partnership with Finance.
• Ensure compliance across PPAs, optimisation and market-access agreements.
• Support budget planning and ongoing operational cost control.
• Conduct ad-hoc market impact and pricing analysis.

A fast-growing renewables company with operations across the Europe is expanding its Commercial Asset Management function.

They are on track to scale beyond 1.2 GWp operational assets in the next year with a significant portfolio already operational.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor commercial performance of a growing Solar & BESS portfolio
• Deliver commercial analysis across daily/monthly/quarterly KPIs
• Support reconciliation of actuals vs. budgets and cost/revenue tracking
