Role: Commercial and Subcontract Senior Analyst

Summary of Role:

Working under general direction, manages low value routine contracts and subcontracts. Supports Commercial/Subcontract Managers to manage high value/complex contracts/subcontracts and respond to requests for proposals.

Main Duties:

  • Support to Subcontract Managers in preparation and assessment of Requests for Proposal and negotiation of agreements and changes
  • Placement and maintenance of low value Purchase Orders
  • Administration of standard due diligence activity
  • Creation and maintenance of compliance matrices
  • Management and measurement of supplier delivery performance
  • Administration of acceptance and receipt of goods and services
  • Maintenance of records
  • Attend customer, supplier, and internal reviews in support of Subcontract Manager
  • Support to Commercial Managers in preparation of responses to Requests for Proposal and negotiation of agreements and changes
  • Management of low value Contracts
  • Administration of standard due diligence activity
  • Creation and maintenance of compliance matrices
  • Measurement of Contract performance
  • Administration of delivery, acceptance, and invoicing of goods and services
  • Maintenance of records
  • Attend customer and internal reviews in support of Contract Manager

Candidate Requirements:
