We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced property lawyer to join our growing property team.
The ideal candidate will be able to handle a range of commercial and, if possible, residential property. However, we are also happy to consider lawyers who only handle commercial property work.
If you are a confident, well-presented, friendly, and approachable solicitor or an experienced legal executive with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.
Additional, but not essential, attributes include the ability to bring referral sources and an interest in marketing.
If working primarily from home, the candidate should be experienced and able to work independently without supervision.
Despite a subdued conveyancing market, our property work continues to grow, with anticipated significant increases in conveyancing cases over the next 6-12 months. This role is an addition to our team.

Remote working is available, as well as hybrid working or being based at any of our four branch offices: Salisbury, Andover, Amesbury, and Fordingbridge.

This team focuses on working with property investors and developers, a rapidly growing niche. The workload is expected to increase significantly over the next five years, involving work for investors and developers across England and Wales, handling both residential and commercial properties.
Market rate, dependent on qualifications and experience.
