We are seeking a Commercial and Partnership Specialist to join our team in Southampton, United Kingdom. The role involves developing and managing strategic partnerships to support our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities.
2. Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including brands, agencies, and strategic partners.
3. Negotiate and structure partnership agreements.
4. Monitor and assess partnership performance against KPIs and business goals.
5. Develop commercial strategies to drive revenue and brand growth.
6. Create business cases and proposals for new partnerships.
7. Support joint marketing initiatives, including events and digital campaigns.
