Main Objective of the role

  • Analyze the company's commercial activities and performance with a data-driven approach, helping to make strategic decisions and improve business outcomes
  • Lead data analytics and strategic planning efforts aimed at the company's commercial success. By making data-driven decisions, enhance the company's competitive advantage and optimize business results

Roles & Responsibilities

Commercial Analytics:

  • Contribute to strategic planning processes by analyzing commercial activities, market conditions, and the competitive environment
  • Coordinate commercial analyses aimed at the company's overall strategic objectives
  • Guide Sales Teams on decisions supported by data analysis.
  • Communicate analytical findings clearly to sales teams and foster collaboration
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Compile data and insights into a single platform and develop the system. Create single source of truth.
  • Project leadership and coordination to create the analytical platform according to the timeline
  • Analyze commercial data to identify significant trends and opportunities, and anomalies.

Create analytical reports and regularly present information to relevant stakeholders

Market and Customer Analysis:

  • Use analytical methods to understand market trends and shopper behaviors
  • Analyze potential risks and opportunities

About You
  • Graduated from related undergraduate programs
  • Preferably experienced in different sales teams in FMCG, having worked with important clients in market analysis and customer analysis, with 4 years or more of experience
  • Experienced in pricing, consumer, and field operations related to the sector
  • High communication and collaboration skills
  • Advanced level of English
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and BI tools/applications
