Job Description

As the Commercial Analyst based in Woking, Surrey, you will be responsible for:

  1. Analyzing and reconciling existing contracts and developing proposed renewal options.
  2. Interacting closely with senior management to construct and deliver customer commercial documents.
  3. Developing relationships with product and business areas to facilitate the sales process.
  4. Supporting the integration of newly acquired companies into the sales process.
  5. Partnering with senior management and the legal team in negotiating customer contracts.
  6. Driving and executing commercial operational efficiencies within the commercial team and wider sales organization.
  7. Supporting the account management team in forming and nurturing customer relations.
  8. Assisting in managing the daily commercial proposal workflow.
The Successful Applicant
  • Experience as an analyst or in a similar role in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • Commercially astute and intellectually curious.
  • A strong team player, self-motivated, hard-working, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and systems.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
