Job description

We are currently seeking a Commercial Analyst to join the Divisional Revenue and Customer Proposition Team based in Leeds on a 6-month Fixed Term contract.

The successful candidate will support the Revenue & Customer Proposition team by providing analysis and insights on revenue and customer performance. The role focuses on supporting two major Business Units in Scotland and North & West Yorkshire, emphasizing growth and innovation.

You will play a key role in data-driven commercial decision-making, influencing senior stakeholders, and enhancing performance analysis and growth, contributing to our customer strategy.

What will you be doing?
  • Understanding market performance, sales channels, ticket mix, and demographics
  • Collaborating with the local Commercial Team to support the Commercial Plan
  • Analyzing local trends and advising on proactive interventions using data
  • Participating in the development of Commercial App to meet user needs
  • Conducting detailed analysis of the U22 Concessions Scheme in Scotland
  • Assessing new funding schemes and making localized recommendations
  • Understanding concessions agreements for negotiation support
  • Performing ad hoc analyses based on business priorities
  • Ensuring the relevance of reports requested by external stakeholders
  • Working with Finance to ensure accurate revenue allocation and performance reporting
  • Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
