  • Contribute to regular performance reporting, producing clear commentary on subscription KPIs and actuals versus forecast.
  • Support the budgeting and reforecasting process by providing the analytical underpinning for subscriber volume and revenue assumptions.
  • Maintain and quality‑assure the subscription datasets used in forecasting and reporting, integrating data from Billing, CRM and Revenue Recognition platforms.
  • Contribute to the development of dashboards and automated reports that provide clear visibility of subscription trading performance.
  • Use AI and machine learning tools where appropriate to improve forecasting accuracy, automate repeatable tasks, and surface patterns in subscriber data.
  • Translate analytical outputs into clear, accessible findings for Subscription Marketing, Finance, and Commercial stakeholders.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in an analytics or data role, ideally within a subscription, digital, or media business.
  • Strong understanding of statistical and forecasting concepts including time‑series analysis, regression, churn modelling, and cohort analysis.
  • Strong SQL skills for extracting and preparing data from large datasets.
  • Familiarity with subscription metrics such as churn rate, LTV, recurring revenue and cohort retention.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear commercial insight.
  • Attention to detail, a commitment to accuracy, and an enthusiasm for applying AI tools to improve analytical workflows.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable presenting findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
