Commercial Analyst

Location: Leatherhead | Salary: £26 - £29k DOE

Our client, a leading organisation, is looking for a Commercial Analyst to support their contracts with local authorities and housing associations.

This role is key to optimising contract performance, tracking costs and driving continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:
  • Analyse work in progress, completed works and target costs, identifying trends for improvement.
  • Collaborate with operations and accounts teams to review quotes, WIP reporting and cost allocation.
  • Monitor labour, materials and overheads, developing action plans to meet targets.
  • Produce timely internal and client reports, maintaining accurate audit trails.
  • Contribute to process improvements and deliver business objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in financial analysis, budgeting and process improvement.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication, autonomy and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of M&E operations is desirable
