Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the commercial team, including document control and filing.
  • Assist with processing subcontractor payments, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, variations, and cost reports.
  • Support the preparation of tenders, valuations, and commercial documentation.
  • Liaise with project teams, clients, and supply chain to ensure smooth flow of information.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and deadlines.
Desirable Experience & Skills
  • Previous administration experience (commercial/construction background desirable).
