A leading aerospace company is seeking a Commercial Administrator to coordinate production and manage customer service processes at their site near Braintree. The role involves producing quotes, liaising with aviation partners, and ensuring excellent service delivery. The position is permanent, Monday to Friday, on-site without hybrid options, offering a salary up to £28,000 per annum with a range of benefits including annual profit share and company pension.

An opportunity has become available to join an approved Part 145 MRO as a Commercial Administrator at their site just outside of Saffron Walden, Essex for the next few months. The role will then be based in Braintree from January 2026 as the company will be moving sites to allow for expansion. The company specialises in developing new repairs for aircraft components via Part 21J design and has a full range of C- ratings as well as a CAA BCAR approved aerospace welding workshop. They provide component repairs to a wide range of aircraft operators including Boeing, Airbus, Embraer, ATR and Bombardier. The company offers solutions on reliability problems, reducing delays, lowering operator and FHA providers stock holding requirements, associated administration and costs.
The purpose of the role is to coordinate Production of the workshops in order to achieve agreed Safety, Quality and production targets in line with the Company’s Global objectives. Plan and maintain systems and procedures for operating efficiency and to communicate effectively up and down the chain with Employees, Team leaders, Managers for optimum performance and maximum productivity.
You will handle every aspect of managing the administration and customer service processes required to deliver end to end service to some of the biggest airline companies in the world. This will include producing estimates and managing these.
This is a permanent position working Monday–Friday, 8.00am–4.30pm. The post holder would be expected on site full time, there is no hybrid working available with this role.
