What You\'ll Be Doing

In this hands-on, commercially focused role, you\'ll be responsible for the full spectrum of management accounting, while influencing strategic decision-making across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Full Ownership of Monthly Management Accounts - from preparation to insight delivery.
• Commercial Reporting - design and implement new reporting suites that unlock business value.
• Sales & Margin Analysis - deep-dive into routes to market and profitability across divisions.
• Forecasting & Budgeting - lead product-level forecasting and support the annual budget process.
• Cash Flow Management - produce accurate weekly forecasts to drive working capital decisions.
• Business Partnering - build strong relationships with the SLT, sales, and product teams, bringing strategic ideas to life.
• Contract Monitoring - ensure pricing and margins align with business expectations, challenging deviations and driving accountability.
• Data-Driven Decision Support - work closely with Financial Reporting to resolve pricing issues and enhance reporting accuracy.

What We\'re Looking For

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with 1-2 years PQE.
