Commercial Account Manager - Covering West London

Location: Remote & Field Based

Reporting to: Area Director

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team at Rightmove, the UK’s largest property portal, to focus on acquiring and managing commercial agents in a designated area.

The Role:

  • Target and acquire commercial agents to advertise properties on Rightmove.
  • Account manage and grow existing and new customers to meet business goals.
  • Achieve sales revenue targets and activity levels.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Provide excellent account management, including regular review meetings and upselling.
  • Interpret data to support customer understanding and decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal support teams for billing and administration.
  • Collaborate with team members to maximize opportunities.
  • Attend regional meetings and manage external relationships.
  • Resolve customer queries and disputes effectively.
  • Promote Rightmove values and support personal and team development.
