About the role
This role sits within the London Territories team and is responsible for driving Uber Eats' long-term commercial relationships with some of our top SMB and Mid-Market brands. As a Senior Commercial Account Manager, you'll take complete ownership of your accounts - collaborating with partners to help them grow their business sustainably, whilst delivering the best experience to our users, with the goal of making Uber Eats their most loved delivery platform. You'll also collaborate with the Territory Ops Manager to define the strategy of your accounts, and the Sales team to help grow Uber Eats' selection of London's favorite restaurants.
This role requires a combination of relationship management, business development, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. You should be comfortable in an "all hands on deck" environment, thrive in a startup culture, and be passionate about our restaurant partners.
