Commercial Account Handler – New Business Division

Location: Hybrid Working | Warwickshire

Salary: Up to £40,000 + 10% Bonus

Are you ready to take your commercial insurance career to the next level? We’re looking for a talented Commercial Account Handler to join our New Business Division, where you’ll play a key role in driving growth and delivering exceptional service across all lines of commercial insurance.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Handling new business enquiries across a broad spectrum of commercial insurance products including property, liability, motor, professional indemnity, and more.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
  • Preparing and presenting quotations, negotiating terms, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Working closely with Account Executives to support business development and conversion of leads.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal standards.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in commercial insurance account handling, ideally within a new business environment.
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and market practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, client-focused approach with a keen eye for detail.
  • Cert CII qualified or working towards – we’ll support you every step of the way.
