Are you an experienced Commercial Account Handler looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team, focusing on renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and client queries.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring smooth handling of renewals and MTAs
  • Responding to client queries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Building strong relationships with clients and insurers
  • Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative and client service tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a commercial insurance account handling role
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and processes
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A team player with a client-first mindset
  • Cert CII qualification (or working towards) is desirable
