About the role

We are a team of over 90 professionals working within Wholesale Broking and Outplacement Services, handling a diverse range of insurance topics from Complex Casualty to Financial Risk, Marine Hull, and Animal Disease.

Due to year-on-year growth, we are recruiting an additional handler for our Corporate Sales Team. This role involves liaising with agents and suppliers to obtain quotes, renew policies, and handle some claims administration. Supporting our NFU Mutual Agency network and Regional Sales teams in customer acquisition and retention is key, along with facilitating complex risks through the London Insurance Markets.

This position complies with Insurance Distribution Directive requirements, requiring ongoing CPD and re-screening to maintain 'Good Repute'.

About you

You should have recent broking or underwriting experience with a solid knowledge of commercial insurance products such as Property, Liability, Professional Indemnity, Freight Liability, Marine Cargo, Cyber, and Liability.

Essential skills include excellent customer service, communication, prioritization, and teamwork, along with the ability to work independently.
