A highly regarded independent Commercial Broker is currently looking to add remote Commercial Account Handlers to both their new business and renewals teams. They seek driven professionals with commercial insurance experience to support a diverse client base. The Account Handler will support the Account Executive with client portfolio management, including contract renewals. This role involves being the first point of contact for external queries and requires skills to meet client expectations. It is primarily remote with occasional office visits.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality, efficient service to clients
  • Working closely with Account Executives to provide comprehensive insurance services
  • Handling clients of varying sizes, from small to large risks
  • Completing documentation accurately and promptly
  • Contributing to a professional company image

Required skills and experience:

  • Previous account handling experience in commercial insurance
