Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial insurance, account management, or customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with insurance brokerage operations and procedures is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Process insurance policies, endorsements, and renewals accurately.
  • Liaise with clients to gather necessary information for underwriting.
  • Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms on behalf of clients.

Proficiency in insurance software (Acturis desirable)

Education

Relevant experience in commercial insurance or account management
