Commercial Broker

Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for an Independent Insurance Broker as they look to expand their team and currently have a requirement for a Commercial Broker in their expanding office.

As a Commercial Broker, you will be working in an established insurance broking team handling:

  1. Pre-Renewal and Renewal Processing
  2. Handling incoming new business advertising responses
  3. Business Development/Identifying opportunities to expand business
  4. Handling mid-term adjustments
  5. New business enquiries
  6. General administration of commercial policies

Any new business you write will earn you a generous quarterly bonus.

The successful Commercial Broker will have:

  1. Experience in commercial insurance
  2. Comfort in dealing with clients over the phone and face-to-face
  3. A solid awareness of the commercial insurance market
  4. Excellent customer service skills
  5. A confident and effective telephone manner
  6. In-depth commercial insurance awareness

This position is 90% office-based and the rest working from home.
