Job Opportunity: Commercial Account Handler

We are seeking a Commercial Account Handler to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. Over the past 14 years, our local Commercial team has grown rapidly, now comprising over 200 members across the UK. In this role, you will build rapport with new and existing clients, ranging from sole traders to MDs/CEOs of large organizations, working closely with the Branch Manager to meet objectives.

About You

• You have strong attention to detail, reviewing client documentation to ensure accuracy and support the quoting process.
• You can build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external contacts to meet expectations and compliance standards.
• You will assist the Commercial Account Executives in achieving renewal retention, exceeding customer expectations, and complying with FCA requirements.
• You are eager to learn, as each day presents new challenges. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your career as a Commercial Account Handler and pursue professional qualifications.
• You can process data promptly and accurately on relevant systems to support high-quality client service and internal processes.
