About the Role

As a Commercial Account Handler, you\'ll play a key role in managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients. You\'ll be the main point of contact for clients, providing professional advice and ensuring their insurance needs are met accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the day-to-day servicing of commercial insurance clients across a range of industries
  • Preparing new business quotations and renewal terms
  • Handling mid-term adjustments, policy queries, and claims support
  • Liaising with insurers and underwriters to negotiate competitive terms
  • Ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with industry standards
  • Building long-lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and service delivery
  • Supporting Account Executives with client management and retention
What We\'re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a commercial insurance broking or account handling role (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of a broad range of commercial insurance products (e.g. property, liability, motor, business interruption, etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A proactive approach with the ability to priorities a busy workload
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Cert CII or working towards (desirable)
