The Client:

A respected insurance brokerage offering a wide range of commercial and personal lines products to businesses and individuals throughout the city has an opening for a Commercial Account Handler to join their successful team.

The Opportunity:

This is an exciting new vacancy for a Commercial Account Handler who is looking to expand their insurance knowledge and grow within a business.

Dealing with a wide range of commercial insurance policies you will cover new business, mid-term adjustments, and renewals and liaise with clients and insurers.

At the beginning of your role, you will be working alongside experienced account handlers who will help you get up to speed with your day-to-day tasks and assist you with any queries you may have.

What you will need to be considered?

1. Experience within the insurance industry dealing with commercial lines policies.
2. Proven customer service skills within a business-to-business environment.
3. Organised and able to prioritise workloads.
4. Knowledge of FCA regulations and basic insurance principles.
5. Ability to work within a team environment and as an individual.
6. CII Qualifications are desirable.
