Job summary

Faith Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Junior Commercial Account Handler to bolster a growing team in Greater London. The role focuses on commercial insurance, policy adjustments, renewals, and claims with FCA-compliant processes.

You will liaise with clients, insurers and premium finance providers, handle new business enquiries, and support renewals end-to-end, building strong relationships through excellent service and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ insurance brokerage experience.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance products.
• Strong customer service and telephone sales skills.
