Role Overview: As a Commercial Account Handler, you will play a vital role in providing a comprehensive insurance service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Providing quotations for general commercial and package policies via various communication channels.
2. Placing insurance coverage as per client instructions.
3. Managing renewals, including inviting and confirming them with clients.
4. Handling mid-term adjustments.
5. Assisting with claim issues when necessary.
6. Collaborating with Account Executives to meet clients' needs and contribute to our business objectives and growth.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

1. Knowledge of general commercial and package insurance policies.
2. Understanding of FCA regulations and compliance importance.
3. Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions.
4. Proficiency in working with IT systems, with Acturis platform knowledge being a plus.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
