Job description

This is a great opportunity to be a part of our clients exciting growth plans for 2024 and beyond. They are keen to develop the business by adding quality growth (not aggressive sales), ideally an experienced account executive or two, looking for a new home, where the focus is on quality, client relationships and work / life balance.

The plan is to provide you with a small to medium sized existing client portfolio (made up of loyal existing clients), leaving you plenty of capacity to do a bit of new business generation or to bring some of your loyal clients across, or ideally a bit of both.

This role can be part office, part home based and with plenty of flexibility. You will be supported by a team of quality brokers and account handlers to ensure that your time is freed up to be out and about visiting clients.

As the business grows, and with a couple of impending retirements, there will be plenty of opportunity to work towards a more senior management position, potentially Branch Director level.
