An established insurance broker in Cheltenham is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join their team. You will deliver exceptional client service within the Commercial Sales Team, developing relationships and selling insurance products. Excellent communication and proven sales ability are essential. Qualifications

  • Good understanding of property insurance.

  • Proven sales ability, Market, Industry and Company knowledge.
  • Work well within a team especially under pressure.
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, negotiate, and profitably sell business.
  • Plan, prioritise and manage own work to deliver agreed objectives.
  • Adhere to all Company, regulatory and compliance guidelines.
  • Represent the Company at external events.
  • Service new and existing Lansdown clients.

As anCommercial Account Executiveyouwill be responsible fordelivering exceptional client service acting as part of the Commercial Sales Team, supporting Lansdown “right first time” approach to customer service.

What you'll be doing
  • Develop, negotiate, and profitably sell business within own authority and in line with Lansdown’s strategy.
  • Plan, prioritise and manage individual own work to deliver agreed objectives and meet SLAs to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Adhere to all Company, regulatory and compliance guideline requirements.
  • Be professional when representing the Company at external events e.g. conferences or client visits (as required).
  • To service new andexisting Lansdown clients – Commercial/Residential Property.
What you'll need to have
  • Good understanding of propertyinsurance.
  • Ability to develop relationships with clients, agents, insurers etc.
  • Proven sales ability, Market, Industry and Company knowledge.
