About The Role

Lansdown Insurance Brokers, part of Benefact Group, is seeking a Commercial Account Executive (Property) for our Cheltenham office.

The role involves delivering exceptional client service as part of the Commercial Sales Team, supporting Lansdown’s “right first time” customer service approach.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Achieve individual objectives and KPIs.
  2. Develop, negotiate, and sell business within your authority and Lansdown’s strategy.
  3. Plan and manage your work to meet objectives and SLAs, ensuring excellent customer service.
  4. Communicate effectively to support Lansdown’s customer-first approach, maintaining internal and external relationships.
  5. Understand and operate within regulatory frameworks, escalating risks as needed.
  6. Service existing clients in Commercial and Residential Property sectors.
  7. Assist in growing the business through new sales and renewals.
  8. Meet set targets.
  9. Perform other duties as required.
  10. Adhere to all company, regulatory, and compliance guidelines.
  11. Represent the company professionally at external events, if required.
  12. Maintain and develop technical skills.
  13. Support colleagues across the business.
