Our client is seeking an experienced Account Executive with a strong background in commercial combined insurance and a focus on new business development. The ideal candidate will have a proactive, hunter mentality—motivated by identifying and securing new opportunities, while maintaining and growing an existing portfolio. Experience in the agricultural or farming sector is advantageous but not essential.

The role involves managing a book of approximately £100,000, including rural clients and SME accounts. The successful candidate will drive growth through business development and deliver high service standards across farming, haulage, and commercial risks. Strong handler support is available for client servicing.

This position is based in the Spalding office, with hybrid working arrangements—typically two days per week in-office. Candidates from further locations, such as Peterborough or Rutland, may use the Leicester office as an alternative. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for regular client visits.
