Commercial Account Executive
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £50,000 - £100,000 DOE

We're currently partnering with a dynamic and growing commercial insurance brokerage to find a talented Account Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven track record in commercial insurance who wants to take ownership of their own portfolio, contribute to the growth of the business, and work with a supportive, ambitious team.

About the Role:

This is a true Commercial Account Executive role, designed for someone with the experience and ambition to make a real impact. You will manage your own book of business, working closely with internal support teams to deliver exceptional service to clients and develop new business opportunities.

The role offers a high degree of autonomy - as long as you are delivering results, you'll be trusted to manage your own time and priorities. While there will be client meetings and some travel, you will also have access to a strong lead generation team to support new business development.

Who We're Looking For:
  • Experienced commercial insurance professional with a strong track record in managing client relationships and generating new business.
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive, able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Cert CII qualified preferred, with full support provided if required.
  • Ambitious and commercially minded, keen to grow a book of business and progress in their career.
  • Comfortable working in a team-oriented office but also capable of operating autonomously.
