Role Overview

This role is ideal for a Commercial Account Executive or an experienced Broker looking to transition into an Account Executive position. You'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial clients, handling new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial clients
  2. Identify and convert new business opportunities
  3. Retain and grow existing client relationships
  4. Provide tailored advice and insurance solutions
  5. Negotiate with insurers to secure the best terms for clients
  6. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company procedures

About You

  1. Experience in commercial insurance, either as an Account Executive or a Broker ready to step up
  2. Strong client management, negotiation, and communication skills
  3. Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and insurers
