Job Description

Sat across Starcom and our other Publicis Media agencies as a specialist practice, Publicis Commerce combines the best commerce talent, tech, and partnerships to provide clients with award-winning products and solutions that move their businesses forwards in an extremely competitive space.

We specialise in helping clients excel on the digital shelf, build data-driven relationships with retailers, and modernise organisational structures to drive long-term growth.

We are working with a global leading alcohol group and leading on their global digital shelf and content strategy!

From product visibility, to content to ground breaking innovation & brand acceleration, we will be delivering it all.

We are looking for an experienced Manager who is knowledgeable in digital shelf strategy, product performance, data and insights to work in close knit team and support the Director in finding opportunities for these brands in the marketplace and recommending them to the client!

Responsibilities
  • Work with the wider team to identify opportunities for brand acceleration campaigns using your knowledge of the digital shelf, product performance and commerce best practice

  • Support the Director in recommending data led commerce strategy, and analyse data to drive commercial insights and optimise digital shelf performance

  • Be commercially minded with a good understanding of budgets to clearly present this to the client
  • Coordinate ratings & reviews improvement across global retailers

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of retailer guidelines and best practices

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

  • Background in eCommerce (Retail Media, Content, Analytics, Shopper Marketing) and understanding in digital shelf optimization

  • Strong understanding of Amazon (Vendor & Seller Central) and/or retailers, 1P vs 3P, and fulfilment

  • Experience with digital shelf tools and content systems

  • Experience interacting with the client, managing relationships and presenting
  • Analytical mindset with strong communication and project management skills

  • Solution-focused, adaptable, and collaborative
