Job summary

Dentsu seeks a Commerce Strategy Associate in Manchester to support the delivery of commerce strategy projects by turning data into actionable insights. You will work with Commerce Directors and Managers to inform client recommendations across retail media, ecommerce and omnichannel channels.

You will develop research, benchmarking and analytics outputs, helping prepare client presentations while maintaining robust project coordination and documentation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in media, marketing, ecommerce, retail, analytics, or a related field.
• Experience conducting research, analysis and insight generation.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Developing a strong understanding of the commerce, retail media and ecommerce landscape.
• Conduct benchmarking and competitor analysis to support strategic recommendations.
• Producing accurate and high-quality analytical outputs.
• Supporting the development of client presentations and deliverables.
• Maintaining project documentation and ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and contributing positively to team culture.
• Continuously developing commerce, category and retailer knowledge.
