Job description

Job Details

Hours: 15 hours per week (supervisor role: 7.5 hours, cleaner role: 7.5 hours)

Work Pattern: Monday - Friday

Salary: £12.82 per hour (cleaner rate), £13.12 - £13.26 per hour (supervisor rate)

Responsibilities
  1. Carry out cleaning on floors, furniture, fixtures, fittings, sanitary areas, walls, etc.
  2. Monitor cleaning standards in line with specifications and COSHH regulations, reporting issues to management.
  3. Set up rooms for lets and act as the responsible person on site for health and safety reporting.
  4. Supervise a team of Facility Assistants, including training, recruitment, attendance management, and team briefings.
  5. Ensure building security and act as a key-holder as required.
