Hours:

Post 1 - 40 hours per week
Post 2 - 20 hours per week on a term-time basis

Work Pattern:

Monday - Thursday, 7.30am - 4pm / Friday, 7.30am - 3.30pm plus 3 hours contracted overtime per week, 6pm - 9.30pm

Community and Enterprise are looking to recruit 2 Pool Janitors to join their Facilities team.

The successful candidates will be responsible for the preparation of all documentation relating to the janitorial and cleaning functions within the premises.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Ensuring grounds are kept in a safe and tidy condition, free from dangerous articles, ensuring health and safety of staff and visitors.
  2. Monitoring activities of lessees and contractors, reporting issues to line manager.
  3. Logging, monitoring, and reporting all damage/faults related to fabric and fixtures.
  4. Liaising with external contractors and lessees, ensuring adherence to health and safety and security procedures.
  5. Communicating effectively with the Facilities Manager, Head of Establishment/Lessee’s, and team members to meet customer needs daily.
