Job description

Job Title: Cleaner Supervisor

Location: Netherburn Primary School, Overton Road, Netherburn, Larkhall, ML9 3BT

Hours: 15 hours per week on a term-time basis (7.5 hours for supervisor role and 7.5 hours for cleaner role)

Work Pattern: Monday - Friday, 3pm - 6pm

Salary: £13.33 per hour (cleaner rate) and £13.64 - £13.79 per hour (supervisor rate)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Carry out cleaning of floors, furniture, fixtures, fittings, sanitary areas, walls, etc.
  • Monitor cleaning standards in line with specifications and COSHH regulations, reporting issues to management.
  • Set up rooms for events and act as the responsible person on site for health and safety issues.
  • Supervise a team of Facility Assistants, including training, recruitment, attendance management, and team briefings.
  • Ensure building security and act as a key-holder as required.
