Job description

Location:

Netherburn Primary School, Overton Road, Netherburn, Larkhall, ML9 3BT

Hours:

15 hours per week on a term time basis (7.5 hours for supervisor role and 7.5 hours for cleaner role).

Work Pattern:

Monday - Friday, 3pm - 6pm

Salary:

£13.33 per hour (cleaner rate) and £13.64 - £13.79 per hour (supervisor rate).

Responsibilities:
  1. Carrying out cleaning on floors, furniture, fixtures, fittings, sanitary areas, walls, etc.
  2. Monitoring cleaning standards in line with specifications and COSHH regulations, reporting issues to management.
  3. Setting up rooms for events and reporting health and safety issues as the responsible person on site.
  4. Supervising Facility Assistants, including training, recruitment, team attendance, and team briefings.
  5. Maintaining building security and acting as a key-holder if required.
  6. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
