South Lanarkshire is seeking a dedicated Primary Janitor for Heathery Knowe Primary School in East Kilbride. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and adhering to health and safety standards while effectively communicating with management to ensure service quality. Preferred candidates will have a commitment to safety and an eye for detail.

Location: Heathery Knowe Primary School, Whitehills Terrace, Murray, East Kilbride, G75 0NG
Hours: 20 hours per week
Work Pattern: 5 days over 10 Week 1 Monday - Tuesday 7.30am - 4.30pm and Week 2 Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 7.30am - 4.30pm
Community and Enterprise are looking to appoint a Primary Janitor within Heathery Knowe Primary School, East Kilbride.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the preparation of all documentation relating to the Janitorial and Cleaning function within the premises.
Duties also include carrying out the cleaning function on floors, furniture, fixtures, fittings, sanitary areas, walls etc.
You will also be required to monitor standards of cleaning in line with specification/COSHH regulations, reporting any difficult issues to management.
