Combisafe Site Leader (Northampton & Stockholm)
We have an opportunity for a Combisafe Site Leader (Northampton & Stockholm) to join us at Honeywell, in Northampton, where you will be responsible for achieving ISC targets in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity and Working Capital, by fully supporting the implementation of major initiatives. These initiatives could include but are not limited to; Creating a Lean Culture, SIOP Implementation, Cycle Time Improvement Plans, & Functional Transformation.
The position is responsible for the Operation of Warehouses in the UK and Sweden, with additional responsibility limited to stock planning and working capital inventory in Central Europe.
This role is 100% onsite, with 25% travel to Sweden and Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the Annual Operating Plan for the sites, managing budgets, site spend, and leading stock planning to achieve operational goals in Europe.
  • Enhance organizational capabilities through succession planning, employee development, and performance management, while also coaching the leadership team and fostering effective communication within the site.
  • Oversee the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental programs to ensure high safety standards are maintained on-site, compliant with regulations and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Lead the site's Lean transformation by modeling Lean leadership expectations, adhering to standardized work, and actively engaging in floor operations and system audits to drive cultural change.
  • Collaborate with customer experience and sales teams to align on customer requirements and delivery expectations while providing indirect cross-functional leadership to influence and motivate teams across various functions for optimal site performance.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field, or possess equivalent work experience.
  • Possess proven experience in warehouse management or distribution center leadership, demonstrating a track record of enhancing operational efficiency and team performance.
  • Certified as a Green Belt, Lean Expert, or Lean Master, indicating expertise in Lean methodologies.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and people management skills, with the capability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce effectively.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in warehouse management systems, and a solid understanding of inventory control and order fulfillment processes.
