Salary: £14.23 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£12.70 per hour + £1.53 holiday pay)

Are you looking for a role involved in high-profile projects for leading UK grocery supermarkets & DIY chains? We offer Combined Installation Merchandiser roles working on New Stores, Refits, Range Reviews, and Store Support Projects.

The Role

• A typical week involves 4-5 shifts from Sunday to Thursday
• A current and valid CSCS card is required; additional certifications such as SIERS/IPAF & SMSTS are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Experience in the Installation industry is essential.
• Implement racking, shelving installations, and merchandising as per plan.
• Transport equipment using pallet trucks from store warehouse yards.
• Dismantle and erect racking following store plans and phases.
• Secure racking to floors and walls using power tools.
• Prepare equipment for collection by palletising and banding.
• Remove stock from fixtures and re-merchandise according to plan.
• Conduct health and safety checks.
• Shift lengths are typically 12 hours, days and nights, mainly nights. Shifts are scheduled via our Field Power platform accessible on smartphones, where you can set your availability and accept shifts.
• Clock in and out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
• Work occurs at various retail sites, with travel varying per shift.
• Travel and accommodation are provided when working away from the local area.
• Ability to make decisions, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
• Previous retail and merchandising experience is required.
• Methodical, detail-oriented approach.
• Manual handling and heavy lifting involved.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
• Full UK driving license.
• Forklift truck license and IPAF 3A/3B certifications are required.
• Must be able to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights; applicants must be 18+.
