Job summary

Thorn Baker Recruitment is seeking a skilled Combi Lift Driver for a Sutton-based role within the building industry. The position is temp-to-perm with long-term potential and ongoing training provided.

You will operate a Combi lift truck safely, assist with loading/unloading, support the team with site duties, and maintain a clean, safe working environment on a Monday–Friday schedule (7:00am–3:00pm). The role offers progression and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid Combi lift licence (in-house or independent accepted).
• Previous experience operating a Combi lift.
• Willingness to work both on and off the truck; strong work ethic and team spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a Combi lift truck safely and efficiently
• Assisting with loading and unloading materials
• Supporting the team with additional site duties when required
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 7:00am - 3:00pm

Pay & Benefits:

• £14.94 per hour
• Overtime available at enhanced rates (optional)
