Job description

Job Details

Hours: 15 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, during term time. (You will carry out supervisor role for 7.5 hours and cleaner role for 7.5 hours each week).

Work Pattern: Monday - Friday.

Salary: £12.82 per hour (cleaner rate) and £13.12 - £13.26 per hour (supervisor rate).

Responsibilities
  • Carry out cleaning of floors, furniture, fixtures, fittings, sanitary areas, walls, etc.
  • Monitor cleaning standards in line with specifications and COSHH regulations, reporting issues to management.
  • Set up rooms for events and act as the responsible person on site for health and safety reporting.
  • Supervise a team of Facility Assistants, including training, recruitment, attendance management, and team briefings.
  • Ensure the security of the building and act as a key-holder as required.
