You should be confident in working with external contractors and the restaurant team, understand the importance of high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness, and be capable of maintaining high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.

In this fast-paced, high-energy environment, you will assist the restaurant management in operating the store efficiently by maintaining equipment and the building in top condition.
